Some of our preserves are from Rosebud preserves of Masham in North Yorkshire, who's aim is to encapsulate all the good points of a home made product by filling their jars with generous quantities of fresh seasonal ingredients (organic whenever possible) without the addition of preservatives colourings or gelling agents. Nothing artificial, simply delicious.
